Abstract:
A milling cutter (10) structure having a forward and a reverse rotation direction, comprising: a shank (20), and a milling section (30) connected at the shank (20); the milling section (30) is provided with a right-handed cutting edge portion (31) and a left-handed cutting edge portion (32), a chip volume groove (35) lying therebetween. The milling cutter (10) performs staggered cutting on a fiber material in a left-handed direction and a right-handed direction, wherein the staggered cutting may enable continuous fibers in any extending direction to be neatly cut off; a milling surface or a hole wall of holes formed on the fiber material has no burrs, and precision on the milling surface or a hole wall surface is improved.
