The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of engineering machinery, and relates to a milling cutter testing method, a testing system, an electronic device and a milling machine. The milling cutter testing method comprises: acquiring torque information of a milling motor; according to the torque information of the milling motor, determining sub-torque information corresponding to each cutter area on the milling rotor; and, according to the sub-torque information, determining a worn cutter area reaching a wear limit of cutters. In the technical solution of the present disclosure, the torque corresponding to milling cutters in different cutter areas on the milling rotor is used to determine the degrees of wear of the cutters, so that the cutter area reaching the wear limit can be effectively identified, and area-based testing and higher accuracy can be achieved. In addition, the technical solution can be achieved by using current devices of a milling machine without provision of a special testing device, thereby helping to reduce the cost of the milling machine.
