Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a MIMO waveguide leaky cable, comprising a waveguide tube and an outer protective sleeve sleeved over the outside of the waveguide tube, a metal partition plate being arranged in the waveguide tube along the direction of length thereof, the two sides of the metal partition plate being secured to the inner wall of the waveguide tube in order to separate the waveguide tube into multiple waveguides, each waveguide comprising a radiating element provided with a plurality of evenly spaced radiating slots along the axial direction, the direction of polarisation of the radiating slots on adjacent waveguides being different. By means of arranging a metal partition plate in the waveguide tube, the present invention divides the waveguide tube into multiple waveguides to form multiple transmission channels, thereby significantly reducing costs without affecting the transmission performance and without increasing the size of the waveguide leaky cable. In addition, arranging two different types of radiating slots on adjacent waveguides to produce different directions of polarisation, i.e. forming MIMO, satisfies the developmental requirements for high performance and size reduction; manufacture and installation are simple, facilitating subsequent maintenance.
