Abstract:
A mine crystalline salt waste utilization method, relating to the field of solid mine waste utilization. On the basis of a conventional encapsulation and solidification technique, a dedicated apparatus for encapsulating and solidifying crystalline salt waste is designed. The apparatus is easy to operate, and can be flexibly used, thereby improving the operation efficiency. Polypropylene or high-density polyethylene is used to prepare, by means of encapsulation, a solidified crystalline salt waste column, thereby greatly reducing leaching and leakage of a solidified body. The encapsulated solidified crystalline salt waste column and concrete are subjected to secondary mixing to fabricate a usable encapsulated solidified crystalline salt waste column-concrete closed wall, and the wall has high strength and stability, thereby preventing the case in which improper treatment of crystalline salt waste in the coal chemical industry causes environmental pollution, and achieving a new green sustainable industry development approach ensuring that production activities at a mine are safe, and utilization of crystalline salt waste as resources is stable and non-harmful.
