The present invention pertains to a mineral curcumin aqueous solution and a method for preparing same, and more particularly, to a mineral curcumin aqueous solution which can improve the water dispersibility and in-vivo absorption of curcumin, make the various pharmacological effects of curcumin widely available, and significantly improve preservability, and a method for preparing same.
