Field of the Invention

The present invention reiates to mineral water and water and concentrate produced in the instant drink industry.

In particular, the present invention relates to mineral water and water and concentrate, which does not have an astringent taste and strengthens the immune system by making water or mineral water useful with C60 and aronia (Aronia melanocarpa) or elderberry (Sambucusnigra L) concentrate/extract.

State of the Art

Today, water enriched with C60 is produced as food, dietary supplement or health products. However, there is no water or mineral water product containing C60 together with aronia or elderberry concentrate/extract in the state of the art.

A mechanical agitator or mixer is used for a long time in the production of C60 enriched water in the state of the art. Agitation or mixing for a long time can cause energy losses and capacity reduction in the production of C60 enriched water. It is of great importance to ensure a homogeneous mixture when it is considered that C60 is used in very low concentrations. However, long process times are required so as to achieve this.

There is no such a study about enriching mineral water with C60 or enriching mineral water or water by using C60 together with aronia or elderberry in the state of the art.

Though it is well known abroad, aronia is a fruit that has just begun to be recognized in our country, is defined as a super fruit. However, its use in the food industry remains limited due to its astringency. On the other hand, it is known that widespread consumption of this fruit, which is rich in valuable components, especially its high phenol and flavonoid content, can reduce national and individual health expenditures. It is known that elderberry is also used in the production of food supplements in the state of the art due to its positive effects on health. However, it is not possible to use it in water or mineral water together with C60 as food enrichment.

As a result, in order to solve the abovementioned problems and the insufficiency of the current solutions makes it necessary to make a development in the relevant technical field.

Aim of the Invention

The present invention relates to a mineral water and water and concentrates enriched with C60 and aronia or elderberry which eliminates the abovementioned disadvantages and brings new advantages to the relevant technical field.

The main aim of the invention is to obtain mineral water and water and its concentrate, which does not have an astringent taste and strengthens the immune system by making water or mineral water useful with aronia (Aronia melanocarpa) or elderberry (Sambucusnigra L.) concentrate/extract.

The aim of the invention is to provide rapid mixing of C60 and aronia or elderberry extract/concentrate into mineral water or water by using ultrasound integrated cooling.

Another aim of the invention is to make fruit juice, which is a useful food, more beneficial by enriching the same with C60 and aronia or elderberry extract/concentrate.

Another aim of the invention is to combine C60, which has beneficial effects on health, especially C60 with high antioxidant activity, aronia which is the fruit with the highest total phenol content and antioxidant activity, and elderberry, which has a high phenolic substance content similar to aronia, to help consumers choose foods with high antioxidant activity, to reach and consume the same. Another aim of the invention is to ensure the production of mineral water and water and concentrate enriched with C60 and aronia or elderberry, ready for consumption within a short time and without the use of chemicals.

Another aim of the invention is to increase the antioxidant activity values and decrease the astringency caused by aronia by mixing aronia or elderberry extracVconcentrate with C60 into water or mineral water.

Detailed Description of the Invention

In this detailed description, the preferred alternatives of the inventive mineral water and water and concentrate enriched with C60 and aronia or elderberry are described only for clarifying the subject matter such that no limiting effect is created.

The present invention relates to mineral water and water and its concentrate, which strengthens the immune system by making water or mineral water useful with C60 and aronia (Aronia meianocarpa) or elderberry (Sambucusnigra L.) concentrate/extract.

The invention in its most basic form is a mineral water and water concentrate containing C60, aronia (Aronia meianocarpa) concentrate/extract or elderberry (Sambucusnigra L.) concentrate/extract and water and mineral water. The inventive mineral water and water concentrate are presented in a form that is drinkable directly or as a concentrate.

The content and proportions of the inventive mineral water and water and its concentrate are given in Table 1.

The process steps of the inventive mineral water and water and concentrate are as follows; a) Weighing C60 and aronia or elderberry concentrate/water extract and mixing with water or mineral water, b) Homogenizing the mixture for 2 hours at maximum 30°C with ultrasound application with cooler integration c) Pasteurizing the homogeneous mixture by filling the same into bottles.

Apple or grape juice concentrate or natural sweetener can be added to the mixture in said process step (a).

The invention can be consumed directly by drinking or can be produced in concentrated form. The invention in concentrated form can be consumed by adding (1-100) drops to a glass of water, mineral water or fruit juice.

The inventive mineral water, water and concentrate can be consumed by individuals of all ages who care about their health, want to be protected from diseases or want to strengthen their immune system.
