Abstract:
Disclosed is a mini LED backlight module, comprising an LED light source (10) and a fluorescent film layer (20), wherein the LED light source (10) comprises a substrate (11) and mini LED lamp beads (12) arranged on the substrate (11) in an array; the fluorescent film layer (20) is arranged in a light-emitting direction of the LED light source (10); and grooves (200) arranged in an array are formed in a surface, facing the mini LED lamp beads (12), of the fluorescent film layer (20). Further disclosed is a method for manufacturing the fluorescent film layer (20). By designing the fluorescent film layer (20) of a specific shape and placing same directly in front of the mini LED lamp beads (12), light leakage can be prevented, and the path of light rays can be changed, thereby solving the problems of a hotspot and peripheral light leakage during the process of mini LED backlight. The present invention is simple and feasible and reduces the manufacturing costs.
