Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of drugs, and specifically relates to a mini-tablet, and a preparation method therefor and a formulation thereof. The components of the mini-tablet comprises an active ingredient, a filler and/or a disintegrating agent, wherein the diameter of the mini-tablet is 1-5 mm, and the weight of the tablet is 1-50 mg. One or more mini-tablets are provided in the formulation. Further provided in the present invention is a preparation method for the mini-tablet. The mini-tablet of the present invention can be directly administered in a small dose, has accurate dosage and convenient to use, and improves the medication compliance. The mini-tablet of the present invention effectively solves the problem of content uniformity and also reduces the complexity and difficulty of the process, thereby being more suitable for industrial production.
