Abstract:
Disclosed is a miniature circuit breaker, comprising a miniature circuit breaker opening/closing drive device, wherein the miniature circuit breaker opening/closing drive device comprises a shell, and a circuit board, a motor, a transmission gear assembly and a clutch connection mechanism arranged on the shell; the motor is electrically connected to the circuit board, the clutch connection mechanism comprises a final-stage gear and a transmission member, the final-stage gear is located at the tail end of the transmission gear assembly and meshes with the transmission gear assembly, and one end of the transmission member extends out of the shell to be connected to a circuit breaker handle; and the final-stage gear, the transmission member and the circuit breaker handle are mounted coaxially, and the final-stage gear drives the transmission member to rotate. Further disclosed is a miniature circuit breaker that integrates and mounts all of an opening/closing drive module, a connecting rod mechanism and a quick tripping module in an N pole of the circuit breaker. By mounting an electromagnet and a push rod at special positions, i.e. "arranging a middle part of the push rod in a clearance space between an electric motor and the transmission gear assembly", the structural arrangement thereof in a small space is realized.
