Abstract:

A miniature intelligent tuning fork-type level gauge, comprising: a housing (1), a vibrator (3) and a circuit portion (2); the vibrator (3) comprises a fork body (31), a crystal assembly (32) and a connecting body (33); an output end of the crystal assembly (32) is connected to the circuit portion (2), the circuit portion (2) being disposed within the housing (1); the fork body (31) is connected to the connector (33), while the crystal assembly (32) is located at an inner part the fork body (31), the fork body (31) being an integrally formed structure. The fork body (31) is compact in structure, is highly reliable, and may measure various media such as powders, solid particles, liquids, and the like, while having high sensitivity and various output modes; the present invention uses an interference fit and unfilled structure, and the protection grade thereof may reach IP68 and IP69K ratings, while having a simple manufacturing process and being convenient to install and maintain; said invention may also be used in special industries, such as health care and the like, when used in conjunction with an adapter.
