Abstract:
Disclosed is a miniature loudspeaker with a dual-washer structure, comprising a U-shaped iron cup, a magnet column arranged at the center of the U-shaped iron cup, a diaphragm, and a voice coil connected to the bottom of the diaphragm, wherein a top end surface of the magnet column is bonded with a first washer, an inner wall of the U-shaped iron cup is connected with a second washer arranged concentric to the first washer, and an annular gap for an edge of the bottom of the voice coil to pass through is formed between an inner edge of the second washer and an outer edge of the first washer. In the utility model, the miniature loudspeaker with a dual-washer structure collects magnetic energy by means of the second washer to improve the utilization rate of the magnet performance and reduce the total harmonic distortion of the miniature loudspeaker.
