Abstract:
Provided is a miniature splicing circuit breaker with voltage and current sensors. The circuit breaker comprises an intelligent control module (10), and at least one circuit breaker module (20) arranged in parallel with the intelligent control module. The intelligent control module comprises a control circuit and an electric motor gear manipulation mechanism (11), with the control circuit being connected to the electric motor gear manipulation mechanism. The circuit breaker module comprises a sensor connection assembly (21) and a handle (22), with the sensor connection assembly being connected to the control circuit, and the handle being connected to the electric motor gear manipulation mechanism. The sensor connection assembly is used to collect and transfer an electrical signal from an electrical loop of the circuit breaker module, and the control circuit receives the electrical signal from the sensor connection assembly and controls the electric motor gear manipulation mechanism to drive the handle to move so as to cut off or turn on the circuit breaker module. The miniature splicing circuit breaker with voltage and current sensors aims to solve the problem of unstable overload detection values and low accuracy in existing circuit breakers.
