Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of coal mine underground hydraulic equipment, and relates to a mining hose connecting device and method. The mining hose connecting device comprises: a joint unit, the joint unit comprising a first joint and a second joint; a first fastening unit, the first fastening unit being symmetrically arranged about a first plane, and the inner diameter of the first fastening unit being separately in clearance fit with the outer diameters of the first joint and the second joint; and a second fastening unit, comprising a first fastening member and a second fastening member, the inner diameters of the first fastening member and the second fastening member being separately in clearance fit with the outer diameter of the first fastening unit. A first hose and a second hose are connected by means of the first joint and a second structure, respectively, end surface sealing of the joint unit is achieved by means of the first fastening unit, and the first fastening unit is subjected to secondary sealing by means of the second fastening unit, so as to form a firm connecting structure, enhance anti-dragging capacity of the first hose and the second hose that are connected, and avoid bursting of a flow medium.
