Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multi-purpose composition which comprises microRNA (miRNA) as an active ingredient so as to have the effect of wound treatment and skin improvement; particularly, to a composition which comprises, as an active ingredient, miRNA comprising a seed sequence represented by any one of base sequences SEQ ID: 1 to 9; an expression vector comprising same; or a transformant transformed by the expression vector.
