Abstract:
A mirror body for a road mirror that provides improved visibility by a simple structure, which then eliminates the problem of a visible distance. A mirror face (6a) of a mirror body (6) curves in a convex form. The shape of the mirror face (6a) is determined such that, when the mirror body (6) is set on a road, the curvature of the mirror face (6a) in a horizontal cross section (section AEB) that passes through the center (point E) of the mirror face (6a) is smaller than that in a vertical cross section (section CED).
