Abstract:
Provided is a device for removing fog on a mirror by using heat from sunlight without relying on electrical power. A mirror fog removal device (1a) comprises a hollow-structure heat collecting body (2a) that stores heat from sunlight (L), an air supply port (3) by which air is supplied to the heat collecting body (2a), a warm air discharge port (4) from which air warmed by the heat collecting body (2a) is discharged, a support unit (6) that is mounted to a support post (8) of a mirror (5), and a coupling means (7) that couples the heat collecting body (2a) and the support unit (6), wherein the device has a structure in which mirror (5) fog is removed by way of increasing the surface temperature of the mirror (5) by the warm air discharged from the warm air discharge port (4) contacting the surface of the mirror (5).
