A mirror for reflecting solar light, which comprises a resin plate protective layer, a resin plate, a reflective metal layer and a metal corrosion preventing layer in this order as observed from the solar light incident side, and which is characterized in that the resin plate protective layer is an inorganic oxide film layer and/or a curable resin film layer containing an ultraviolet ray absorber.
