The present application provides a mixed dispersion device, comprising a tank, a stirring part, a dispersing part, and a driving part. The tank is provided with an accommodating cavity for accommodating materials. The stirring part is provided in the accommodating cavity and is used for mixing the materials in the accommodating cavity. The dispersing part is provided in the accommodating cavity, and comprises a first cylinder and a second cylinder, wherein the first cylinder is provided with a first cavity communicated with the accommodating cavity, the second cylinder is located in the first cavity, and the second cylinder is provided with a second cavity communicated with the accommodating cavity. The driving part is connected to the stirring part to drive the stirring part to mix the materials in the accommodating cavity. The driving part is further connected to the dispersing part to drive the second cylinder to rotate relative to the first cylinder in the first cavity, so that the materials mixed in the accommodating cavity flow into the second cavity and flow out after being dispersed in the dispersing part. The mixed dispersion device provided by the present application can shorten a material dispersion time and improve the material dispersion efficiency.
