Abstract:
Economy can be improved by arranging a plurality of mixed gas separators, each providing a necessary pressure change by means of a cylinder and a piston and utilizing adsorption and desorption of an adsorbent having a adsorption capacity varying with a pressure. This apparatus can reduce the scale of the apparatus and cycle time and can largely reduce necessary power and installation cost.
