Abstract:
A mixed heating system for a syngas fuel of an IGCC power station gas turbine and a method, the system comprising: a syngas pipe (1), a water vapor main pipe (2), a first water vapor secondary pipe (3), a second water vapor secondary pipe (4), a heat exchanger (6) and a syngas water vapor mixer (7); an outlet of the syngas pipe (1) is connected to a low-temperature inlet of the heat exchanger (6), and a low-temperature outlet of the heat exchanger (6) is connected to a syngas inlet of the syngas water vapor mixer (7); an outlet of the water vapor main pipe (2) is divided into two paths: a first water vapor secondary pipe (3) and a second water vapor secondary pipe (4); the first water vapor secondary pipe (3) is connected to a water vapor inlet of the syngas water vapor mixer (7); the second water vapor secondary pipe (4) is connected to a high-temperature inlet of the heat exchanger (6); and an outlet of the syngas water vapor mixer (7) is connected to an inlet of a combustion chamber (8). When the mixed heating system is operated in low ambient temperatures in winter, the Wobbe value of a syngas fuel of a burner inlet may be adjusted, combustion stability is improved, and the temperature of a combustion chamber (8) outlet gas can be guaranteed to be unchanged.
