Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of pipeline materials and processing thereof, and relates to a mixed ingredient of a high-performance unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) water supply pipe, and a preparation method therefor. Provided are a mixed ingredient of a high-performance unplasticized PVC water supply pipe and a preparation method therefor, for use in solving the existing problems of poor heat resistance, etc. The mixed ingredient comprises the following components in parts by weight: PVC-SG 5: 25-50; PVC-SG 3: 50-70; a stabilizer: 1.5-3.0; a compound reinforcement material: 5.0-20; a lubricant: 0.1-5.0; and a coloring agent: 0.1-0.5. The compound reinforcement material is mainly composed of acrylic acid grafted copolymerized PVC, calcium carbonate whiskers, nano active calcium carbonate, and a dispersant. The method comprises mixing the mixed ingredient, performing melt extrusion on same, shaping same, cooling same, and cutting same to obtain the corresponding pipe material. The present invention can achieve the effects of high wear resistance, high heat resistance, high tensile strength, and low longitudinal shrinkage of the material.
