Abstract:
A mixed powder for use in gardening tools and a preparation method thereof, the mixed powder for use in gardening tools comprising the following ingredients in parts by mass: 45-50 parts of water atomised diffusion alloy powder, 1-3 parts of graphite powder, 0.5-2 parts of copper powder, 1-3 parts of magnesium powder, 0.5-1 part of tungsten carbide powder, 1-2 parts of lubricant, 4-13 parts of germanium dioxide, 4-11 parts of zinc, 2-11 parts of boron carbide, 4-10 parts of lanthanum, and 2-11 parts of silver cadmium oxide, the remainder being water atomised pure iron powder. The present mixed powder for use in gardening tools has high compressibility, can be further completely alloyed during a sintering process, maintains size stability, and can effectively improve the mechanical properties of sintered components.
