Abstract:
A mixed wrap yarn manufacturing technique adopts a driving method incorporating both a step motor and a timing belt, introducing an automatic computer control system, implementing an arbitrary adjustment technique by controlling a rotational speed of a hollow spindle (31) and a speed of a roller, and achieving the effect of a wrap yarn with any preconfigured pattern. The technique changes the conventional process of manufacturing a wrap yarn, improving the structure of a yarn, ensuring a production volume while enhancing gradient appearance of the yarn, and enabling the production of gradient patterns, varied patterns, and mixed patterns.
