Abstract:
Provided is a mixer with which it is possible to satisfactorily find the slump value of ready-mixed concrete to be mixed in the mixer. This mixer (10J) comprises a mixer drum (10), an electrode (11), and a calculation unit (12). The mixer drum (10) has a rotation axis (10G) extending along the lateral direction, and ready-mixed concrete is introduced into the mixer drum while leaving a space on the upper side. The electrode (11) is provided inside the mixer drum (10), and measures a resistance value by moving in association with the rotation of the mixer drum (10) along a predetermined circumference about the rotation axis (10G) of the mixer drum (10). The calculation unit (12) finds a slump value corresponding to the rotation speed of the mixer drum (10) and the rate of change in the resistance value measured by employing the electrode (11).
