Abstract:
A mixing apparatus based on the Internet of things, comprising: an outer casing (1), and provided within the outer casing (1) are a primary mixing mechanism (4) and a secondary mixing mechanism. The outer casing (1) is also internally provided with a central control device. The primary mixing mechanism (4) and the secondary mixing mechanism are electrically connected to the central control device. The primary mixing mechanism (4) comprises a horizontal beam (2), a first driving motor (3) vertically disposed below the beam, and a separating plate (5). An operator implements real-time monitoring of the mixing apparatus using a wireless communication module. A material is subject to primary mixing by means of the first driving motor (3) followed by extensive secondary mixing by means of a first cylinder press (6) and a second cylinder press (9), ensuring that the material is thoroughly mixed. A first transistor (Q1), a second transistor (Q2), a third transistor (Q3), and a fourth transistor (Q4) are used to form an H bridge to control a rotation of a motor (M)and to replace a relay or another component with a contact point, thereby improving a reliability of the apparatus.
