Title:
MIXING APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2008/007658
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A mixing apparatus capable of efficiently performing rapid homogeneous mixing
of a stock oil and a catalyst with the processing rate increased. In mixing apparatus
(1), Q (kg/m2s) referring to the mass flow rate per area of moving bed,
W (m) referring to the difference between the outside diameter and the inside
diameter of the moving bed, D (m) referring to the inside diameter of reaction
pipe, u1 (m/s) referring to the linear velocity of horizontal component at an
injection orifice of internal stock oil injection nozzle for stock oil fed from
an internal stock oil supply section and u2 (m/s) referring to the linear velocity
of horizontal component at an injection orifice of external stock oil injection
nozzle for stock oil fed from an external stock oil supply section satisfy the
relationships 8.0 ≥ QŒ(W/D)/(u1+u2), Q= 300 to 2000 (kg/m2s),
W/D = 0.2 to 0.5, u1 = 5 to 300 (m/s) and u2 = 5 to 300 (m/s).
