Abstract:
The present invention relates to a mixing bowl apparatus comprising: a round cover unit which has an air discharge hole formed on one side of the upper surface thereof and has a hole formed on the central part of the upper surface thereof; a lower receptacle unit which has a concave portion on the lower surface thereof, is positioned below the cover unit and is for accommodating contents by means of forming a space with the cover unit; a stirring apparatus unit which comprises an electric motor, a first gear connected to the electric motor, a second gear driven by means of the first gear, and stirring blades having an upper groove, connected to a drive shaft of the second gear, and a protruding portion, positioned on the concave portion, and rotating, by means of the rotation of the second gear, about a central axis formed in the direction of the extension line of the drive shaft; a vacuum apparatus unit which comprises a vacuum pump having an air inlet port, connected to the air discharge hole, and an air discharge port for discharging the air drawn in through the air inlet port; a power source apparatus unit which is for supplying electricity to the stirring apparatus unit and vacuum apparatus unit; and a control apparatus unit which is connected to the power source apparatus unit and is for controlling the operation of the stirring apparatus unit and vacuum apparatus unit, wherein the drive shaft of the second gear passes through the hole and is connected to the upper groove, the hole forms an airtight structure with the drive shaft and thus prevents the air from flowing in and the stirring blades comprise a central blade, a first blade, connected to one side of the central blade, and a second blade connected to the other side of the central blade, wherein the central blade, first blade and second blade are positioned on a plane comprising the central axis and the entire outer side of the stirring blades, formed by means of the central blade, first blade and second blade, comes in contact with the inner side formed by means of the cover unit and lower receptacle unit.
