Abstract:
A mixing device for producing an organic high-efficiency compound liquid fertilizer, comprising a bottom plate (1) and a mixing barrel (7). The upper part of the mixing barrel (7) is provided with several feeding ports (10), and several unloading mechanisms (12) are installed at the bottom part of the mixing barrel (7); a horizontal stirring shaft (13) horizontally rotates and is installed at the inner part of the mixing barrel (7), a first bevel gear (19) is fixedly installed at the middle of the horizontal stirring shaft (13), and two vertical stirring shafts (17) are symmetrically installed at the upper and lower sides of the horizontal stirring shaft (13) located at the inner part of the mixing barrel (7); spiral blades (14) are fixedly installed at the left and right sides of the horizontal stirring shaft (13), and several strip-shaped stirring blades (18) are fixedly installed on the vertical stirring shafts (17). In the mixing device, once many kinds of raw materials are added to the inner part of the mixing barrel, the horizontal stirring shaft drives the spiral blades to rotate so that the raw materials are gathered to the middle position of the mixing barrel. The strip-shaped stirring blades are used to stir and mix the raw materials, thus avoiding the phenomena of the uneven mixing and insufficient reaction of the raw materials.
