Abstract:
Provided is a mixing device that mixes a moving fluid moving in a channel. The mixing device comprises an outer shell member and a mixing unit. The outer shell member is a coupling member that couples an end of an upstream pipe that is a pipe member positioned on the upstream side of the channel and an end of a downstream pipe that is a pipe member positioned on the downstream side of the channel and extends in a direction that either intersects the upstream pipe or is parallel to the upstream pipe, and covers the channel. The mixing unit mixes the moving fluid by moving the moving fluid toward a side different than the side where the outlet of the channel is positioned by way of an opposing member provided in the channel in a state that opposes the course of the moving fluid passing through the inlet of the channel.
