Abstract:

[Problem] To provide a device, having an extremely simply design and being low cost, that can manufacture a mixed and dispersed product that is mixed and dispersed to a nearly perfect level within an extremely short period of time. [Solution] This mixing-dispersing device for a liquid-liquid mixture comprises a long, narrow tube 1 into which the liquid-liquid mixture flows, a mixture inlet 2 provided at one end of the long, narrow tube 1, a mixture outlet 3 provided at the other end of the long, narrow tube 1, and a mixture pressure-feeding means 4 for pressure-feeding the mixture into the long, narrow tube at a flow rate that exceeds the critical Reynolds number. The mixture may be a liquid-fine solid mixture. Liquid retaining boxes 2a and 3a may be provided on the front side of the long, narrow tube and the mixture inlet, provided at the one end thereof, and on the rear side of the mixture outlet, and a plurality of long, narrow tubes may extend between the two liquid retaining boxes.
