Abstract:
According to a mixing method for compounding agents, prior to compounding multiple types of compounding agents with raw material rubber at a predetermined compounding ratio, the multiple types of compounding agents, in amounts in accordance with the compounding ratio, are enclosed in a bag body, the bag body is introduced into a rotary drum of a mixing device, the rotary drum is rotated to roll the bag body, and the multiple types of compounding agents enclosed in the bag body are mixed. The rotary drum rotates around a horizontal axis, and the bag body is rotated along the inner circumferential surface of the rotating rotary drum. Here, the rotation direction of the rotary drum is switched at predetermined intervals to change the rolling direction of the bag body.
