Abstract:
In order to provide a mixing nozzle in a powder supply apparatus capable of continuously supplying a powder, in particular a powder that easily becomes wet and solidified, to a melting apparatus without clogging, the mixing nozzle (8), which mixes a powder supplied from a powder supply pipe (81) connected to a suction nozzle (6) with a solvent supplied from a solvent supply pipe (82) and supplies the mixture to the melting apparatus (9), is configured in a manner such that the powder is supplied to the center of a mixing chamber (83) by inserting the end of the powder supply pipe (81) into the mixing chamber (83), which has been formed with a larger diameter than the powder supply pipe (81), and in a manner such that, by supplying the solvent to the mixing chamber (83) from a space between the outer wall of the powder supply pipe (81) and the inner wall of the mixing chamber (83) as a rotational flow, the solvent is mixed with the powder in the mixing chamber (83), and the mixture is supplied to the melting apparatus (9).
