Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a mixing nozzle which can reliably mix, in a mixing chamber, materials to be mixed. A mixing nozzle (10) for discharging mixed materials has: mixing chambers (52A, 52B) having a material supply section (53A) to which materials are supplied; rotary blades (30) connected to a rotating shaft (20) having a rotational drive source (M) and disposed within the mixing chambers (52A, 52B); a discharge chamber (60) provided in front of the mixing chambers (52A, 52B) and having a discharge opening (66) at the front end thereof; and a swirl application section (40) which is connected to the rotating shaft (20), is rotatably disposed within the discharge chamber (60), and causes the mixed materials to swirl and be discharged. A gap (59) is formed between the inner surface of the mixing chamber (52B) and the tips of the blade bodies (34) of the rotary blades (30). The surfaces of the rotary blades (30) are provided with band-like bodies (34B) which, as the rotary blades (30) rotate, cause the mixed materials within the mixing chambers (52A, 52B) to impinge on walls (52Aa, 52Ba) on the side opposite the discharge opening (66).
