Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a mixing vessel with which it is simple to effect penetration of an insertion fixture such as a swab into content that has been mixed in the vessel by breaking a partitioning membrane.
[Solution] A mixing vessel (11) comprises a flexible cylindrical vessel body (12) and a partitioning membrane (16) which partitions the vessel body (12) into a first chamber (17) which accommodates a first content (28) and a second chamber (18) which accommodates a second content (29). The partitioning membrane (16) comprises a partitioning membrane main body (16a) and a connecting portion (16b) which is at the periphery of the partitioning membrane main body (16a) and which is joined to an inner peripheral surface of the vessel body (12). By pressing the vessel body (12), the connecting portion (16b) of the partitioning membrane (16) is caused to break, and the second content (29) in the second chamber (18) is introduced into the first chamber (17), allowing the first content (28) and the second content (29) to mix together. The partitioning membrane main body (16a) is configured with a shape that projects toward the first chamber (17).
