Abstract:
This invention relates to a mixture of construction material composition, which is mainly used by the construction sector and has high strength, water-tightness and low-cost features. In comparison with the chemical substances, the predominating existence of the anhydrite material in granulated and natural form within the mixture of construction material composition enables low-cost production of the mixture and the physical structure of the anhydrite material and its granulated form ensure high strength on the application area. As the water absorption capacity of the anhydrite material within the mixture is low, it has high water-tightness.

CLAIMS

A mixture of construction material composition comprising cement material ranging from 0% to 45% by weight to increase the binding feature of the mixture; calcite and/or the silica sand material ranging from 0% to 48% by weight to increase the saturity of the mixture; basaltic pumice and/or white pumice material ranging from 0% to 15% by weight to decrease the weight of the mixture, as well as increase the strength and thermal insulation capacity of the mixture; Perlite ranging from 0% to 25% by weight to enhance the thermal insulation characteristic of the mixture and enable lightness by increasing the volume; fiberglass and/or rock wool material ranging from 0% to 20% by weight to improve the resistance against the sound and thermal transmittance; the additives ranging from 0% to 25% by weight to improve the saturity and the physical features of the mixture such as setting and strength regulators, water- repellent agent, anti-foam agent, cracking preventive agent, thickener, water retainer, drying retarder, adhesive, anti-sagging agent, foaming agents and/or expanding swelling agents, white and colored pigments, fiber types, bentonite, slacked lime, other mineral filler materials, activating additives, plasticizers, air entrainers, thermal insulation, sound insulation and water-tightness additives, and characterized in that the mixture of construction material composition further comprises the anhydrite material ranging from 50% to 98% by weight, which consist of crystallization water differing in the range of 0.05 and 0.49% within its structure and having granulated form whose size is between 0 and 25 millimeter and enhancing the naturalness, strength and water-tightness capacity of the mixture.

DESCRIPTION

A MIXTURE OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL COMPOSITION Technical Field

This invention relates to a mixture of construction material composition, which is mainly used by the construction sector and has high strength, high water- tightness and low-cost features. In comparison with the chemical substances, the predominating existence of the anhydrite material in granulated and natural form within the mixture of construction material composition enables low-cost production of the mixture and the physical structure of the anhydrite material and its granulated form ensure high strength on the application area. As the water absorption capacity of the anhydrite material within the mixture is low, it has high water-tightness.

State of the Art

Today, plaster, cement based plaster, joint, ceramic adhesive, insulating plaster and similar construction chemicals are available, which are used during the manufacturing and repair stages of the constructions. Different improvements are applied to the technique to obtain more effective mixture of construction chemicals used for the construction sector. One of these developments, namely the United States patent document numbered US 395 4492, explains a mixture of construction chemical produced by means of a natural anhydrite material applied in solid form. The anhydrite material particulates smaller than 0,2 mm within the mixture is grained in activating manner separately from the other particulates greater than 0,2mm. As this process increases the energy of the small particles, their strength is improved. Furthermore, the activators are used to enable faster reaction between the anhydrite and water and earlier setting (potassium, zinc sulfate and similar materials). However, the preparation method of the anhydrite material before its inclusion within the mixture and other minerals, as well as chemical additives used within the mixture cause a decrease in efficiency of the mixture.

Another development is the United States Patent document numbered US 2013 256579 wherein the composition of a construction chemical mixture is explained. The mixture comprises the anhydrite material between 30% and 90% by weight, the cement used in the range of 0% and 40%, light or heavy filling materials between 0% and 70%, activating additive of 1% - 10% and the materials used between 1% and 20% by weight to regulate the setting and strength and the thickening admixtures differing between 1% and 12% by weight. However, due to the fact that the unnatural and synthetic anhydrite material has not granulated form within the mixture and there exists differences in terms of the density and other structural forms, lower strength values are obtained and higher rates of chemical additive, strength regulator and mineral filler should be used to achieve the same strength levels which are aimed.

As it is specified before, aforementioned technique does not specify the availability of anhydrite material in natural and granulated form within the mixture of construction chemicals and low-cost production of the mixture with high- strength and low water permeability features.

Description of the Invention

The mixture of construction material composition of the present invention comprises;

Cement material ranging from 0% to 45% by weight to increase the binding feature of the mixture, Calcite and/or the silica sand material ranging from 0% to 48% by weight to increase the saturity of the mixture,

Basaltic pumice and/or white pumice material ranging from 0% to 15% by weight to decrease the weight of the mixture, as well as increase the strength and thermal insulation capacity of the mixture,

Perlite ranging from 0% to 25% by weight to enhance the thermal insulation characteristic of the mixture and enable lightness by increasing the volume,

Fiberglass and/or rock wool material ranging from 0% to 20% by weight to improve the resistance against the sound and thermal transmittance, - The additives ranging from 0% to 25% by weight to improve the saturity and the physical features of the mixture such as setting and strength regulators, water-repellent agent, anti-foam agent, cracking preventive agent, thickener, water retainer, drying retarder, adhesive, anti-sagging agent, foaming agents and/or expanding swelling agents, white and colored pigments, fiber types, bentonite, slacked lime, other mineral filler materials, activating additives, plasticizers, air entrainers, thermal insulation, sound insulation and water- tightness additives,

The anhydrite material ranging from 50% to 98% by weight which consist of crystallization water differing in the range of 0.05 and 0.49% within its structure and having granulated form whose size is between 0 and 25 millimeter and enhancing the naturalness, strength and water-tightness capacity of the mixture.

The natural anhydrite material included predominantly within the composition of the construction material constituting the subject matter of the invention is converted into the granulated material in particulate size between 0 and 25 millimeter by using the rotor or rotorless hammer crusher and thereafter, screened out in appropriate grain sizes for use within the final product without deteriorating the naturalness of the material and finally, other chemical additives and mineral filling materials are added to the mixture.

The binding capacity of the construction material composition of the present invention is enhanced by means of the anhydrite material, which has predominating existence within the mixture by weight, includes crystallization water differing in the range of 0.05 and 0.49% within its structure and further has granulated form whose size is between 0 and 25 millimeter and the strength, as well as the water-tightness features of the mixture are improved thanks to the granulated form and finally, the cost of the mixture decreases as less amount of chemical substances are available within the mixture. As the water absorption capacity of the anhydrite material within the mixture is low, it has high water- tightness. Aforementioned invention, namely the mixture of construction material composition, provides development of many different applications and this invention cannot be limited to those specified herein; however, its main aspects are as specified in claims section.
