Abstract:
The present invention relates to a probe for detecting sepsis-inducing gram-negative bacteria, a composition comprising same, a kit, and a method for multi-detecting major gram-negative bacteria from the blood of a sepsis patient by using same. The probe for detecting gram-negative bacteria, the composition, the kit, and the method for detecting major gram-negative bacteria by using same, according to the present invention, reduce a detection time compared to a conventional detection time by optimizing a hybridization time, and increase detection sensitivity by pre-amplifying specific sequences of gram-negative bacteria, so that the existence, type, and drug tolerance of the gram-negative bacteria can be quickly and accurately identified with high sensitivity, without a non-specific reaction with host genome DNA, from a cell-free DNA sample collected from the blood of a patient.
