Abstract:
This mobile air cleaner (1) comprises: wheels (9s1, 9s2); drive motors (9m1, 9m2) that drive the wheels (9s1, 9s2); a filter (3) that removes dust from indoor air that has been sucked in through a suction port (2i); a fan (6) that is provided on the downstream side of the flow of air which has passed through the filter (3); a discharge port (2o) that discharges the air from which dust has been removed; a control device (5a) that controls the drive motors (9m1, 9m2); a determination means (11a) that makes a determination of a first mode or a second mode; and a propulsion setting means (12b) that sets a maximum propulsion of the drive motors (9m1, 9m2) in the second mode to a prescribed propulsion which is smaller than the maximum propulsion of the drive motors (9m1, 9m2) in the first mode.
