Abstract:
In the present invention, a radio tag (12) is disposed on a mobile body receiving device (1) and stores identification information of the mobile body receiving device (1). A radio tag reader (30) acquires the identification information from the radio tag (12) by means of radio communication with the radio tag (12). A radio-wave interrupting member (20) is configured to interrupt the radio communication when the mobile body (2) is absent in the mobile body receiving device (1) and to connect the radio communication when the mobile body (2) is present in the mobile body receiving device (1). The radio tag (12) transmits a signal containing the identification information to the radio tag reader (30) by means of radio communication. The radio tag reader (30) transmits information, which includes the time of signal reception and the identification information, to a server (40). The server (40) detects the presence/absence of the mobile body (2) in the mobile body receiving device (1) at the current time on the basis of the information from the radio tag reader (30) and reports the detection result to a terminal device.
