Abstract:
Provided is a mobile body, being an autonomous mobile body for transporting to a worker robot an object to be worked on by the worker robot, said mobile body comprising: a shape detection sensor for detecting the shapes of objects present in a movement space; a position assessment unit for assessing the position of the mobile body in the movement space on the basis of the shapes detected by the shape detection sensor; an operation assessment unit (being an assessment unit for assessing) for a prescribed shape, being a shape for which the type of an operation performed by the mobile body and the shape are associated with each other, said operation assessment unit being for assessing the type which is associated with the prescribed shape if the shape detected by the shape detection sensor is the prescribed shape; and an operation control unit for controlling the operation of the mobile body on the basis of the result of the assessment by the position assessment unit and the result of the assessment by the operation assessment unit.
