RECTIFIED SHEET

Description:
MOBILE BOTTLING PLANT

The present invention relates to a mobile plant for bottling.

In particular, the present invention relates to a mobile bottling for loader trucks that solves the problem of providing in an automatic way bottles packed in weighed cartons.

Nowadays, it is known that the small winemaking companies have not appropriate economics resources to justify the investment to buy bottling plants.

To meet the need to make an automated bottling are now known mobile bottling plants.

These consist of bottling plants provided on trailers or tippers.

These mobile plants can therefore be trasferred at winemaking companies to perform bottling cycles.

A drawback of conventional systems is that they provide free bottles that must then subsequently manually boxed or else packed in cartons.

Some mobile installations comprise a packaging station which is equipped on a trailer or on a separate body which must be connected to the system.

The problem underlying the present invention is therefore to provide a mobile plant on a rolloff that, without the need for additional or auxiliary stations allows to obtain in an automatic way bottles filled and packed in cartons.

The main task of the present invention is to provide a mobile bottling plant which puts solution to this problem by solving the described disadvantages of the conventional systems described above.

Within this aim, it is an object of the present invention to propose a mobile bottling plant that is compact during transport.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a mobile bottling plant that provides the output of packaged bottles and which has the dimensions of a trailer rolloff.

Another object of the invention is to propose a mobile bottling plant that is more versatile than conventional ones.

This aim, these objects and others which will become apparent hereinafter are achieved by a mobile bottling plant according to the appended claim 1.

RECTIFIED SHEET Detail features a mobile bottling plant according to the invention are disclosed in the dependent claims.

Further features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the description of a preferred but not exclusive embodimentof the mobile bottling plant according to the invention, illustrated only by way of non-limitative example in the accompanying drawings, in which:

- Figure 1 shows a plan diagram of the mobile bottling plant according to the present invention;

- Figure 2 shows a perspective simplified diagram of the mobile bottling plant according to the present invention.

With particular reference to the above mentioned figures, it is globally indicated with 10 a mobile bottling plant comprising a rolloff body 1 1 equipped with a bottling line comprising in sequence:

- a bottling station 12, configured for successively performing a rinsing, filling and capping bottles;

- a drying station 13;

- a labeling station 14;

- a first packaging station 15 configured for forming cartons and to arrange bottles in the latters;

- a second packaging station 16 configured to close the cartons.

To obtain a compact configuration both during transport and during the operation, preferably the mobile bottling plant 10 according to an aspect of the present invention, is configured in such a way that the second packaging station 16 is movable between:

- a transport position in which it is flanked to the first packaging station 15, inside of rolloff body 1 1 ;

- an operative position in which it is aligned to the first packaging station 15 and coupled to the latter so as to receive from it cartons formed and filled with bottles.

Advantageously, the rolloff body 1 1 is equipped with a mobile platform 17 configured to be folded when traveling and to be deployed so as to protrude out from one end of rolloff body 1 1 , during the installation of the bottling plant 10.

The second packaging station 16, when it is in the operative position, is

RECTIFIED SHEET preferably placed on the deployed mobile platform 17.

In that way, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the mobile bottling plant 10 advantageously has an overall length substantially equal to 10-12 m.

To obtain a high versatility of the bottling plant 10, the second packaging station 16 advantageously includes lateral encoding means to print on at least one side of the cartons and preferably to print on two opposite sides of the cartons the sides being parallel to a direction of feeding the cartons into the second packaging station.

The bottling station 12 is advantageously a four-block station that includes a rinser, a filler a capper for cork stoppers and a capper for screw caps so as to ensure high versatility of the bottling plant 10 which is suitable to plug selectively with cork stoppers or screw caps.

According to an advantageous aspect of the present invention, the labeling station 14 is configured to apply self-adhesive labels.

The labeling station 14 is preferably configured to print labels on at least one side and preferably on both faces of the labels.

According to a further preferred aspect of the present invention, the packaging stations 15 and 16, in said operative position, are aligned along a first axis of feed of bottles, which is parallel to the antero-posterior direction of rolloff body 1 1.

In accordance with this preferred embodyment, the bottling station 12 defines a second feed axis for bottles which is parallel to, but offset, with respect to the first axis.

The drying station 13 preferably defines an S-shaped path for the bottles, where such path connects the first axis and the second axis.

To enable effective and efficient supervision of operations of the mobile plant 10, this provides for a control station for an operator, provided in correspondence of a curve of said S-shaped path, in this way an operator, from the control location, is able to see the whole development of the line of advance of the bottles

Advantageously, the mobile plant 10 comprises a imperial compartment 18 in which are placed the equipments for the electrical power supply, for water supply, the network and/or hot cold water, and for the production of

RECTIFIED SHEET compressed air.

The invention thus conceived is susceptible of numerous modifications and variations, all falling within the scope of protection the appended claims.

Moreover, all the details may be replaced with other technically equivalent elements.

In practice, the materials employed, as well as the shapes and the dimensions, may be varied depending on the contingent requirements and the state of the technique.

Where the constructional characteristics and techniques mentioned in the following claims are followed by reference signs or numbers, such signs and reference numbers have been affixed with the sole purpose of increasing the intelligibility of the claims themselves and, consequently, they do not constitute in any way limiting the interpretation of each element identified solely by way of example, by such signs and reference numbers.
