Abstract:
A mobile catalyst recycling apparatus for cleaning a catalyst module in denitrification equipment installed in a power station or on site comprising: a dry ice supply unit (300) for supplying dry ice; a compressed air supply unit (200) for supplying high-pressure compressed air; a nozzle box (110) having a space formed therein, for receiving the dry ice from the dry ice supply unit (300) and the compressed air from the compressed air supply unit (200) via an injection pipe (130) formed at the inside upper part thereof so as for a mixture of the dry ice and compressed air to be sprayed therefrom; and a nozzle plate (120) which is formed on the lower surface of the nozzle box (110) and has a plurality of first holes for spraying the dry ice and compressed air mixed by the pressure of the compressed air onto a catalyst module (100) installed to be spaced by a predetermined distance downwardly from the lower surface of the nozzle box (110), wherein the plurality of first holes of the nozzle plate (120) are positioned vertically above the catalyst module (100) so as to correspond in a one-to-one manner to a plurality of second holes formed in the catalyst module (100).
