The present invention provides a mobile cleaning system which is employed in an integrated plant for cleaning the bottom of a ship, the mobile cleaning system including a floating structure which has a certain width and length and floats on the sea, wherein at least one of the front or rear of the floating structure in the longitudinal direction is configured to be openable/closeable to allow the ship to enter and exit, and the bottom and both sides of the floating structure are watertightly connected so that a cleaning space can be formed inside. The mobile cleaning system is characterized by comprising: a mobile body unit which is located below the ship inside the floating structure and moves along the longitudinal direction of the floating structure; and a plurality of cleaning units which have one end connected to the mobile body unit, have a cleaning means mounted to the other end, clean the exterior surface of the ship from inside the cleaning space, and include a multi-joint robot arm.
