Abstract:
The present invention discloses a mobile communication device and an antenna thereof. The antenna comprises a microphone and an antenna feeder disposed on a main board of the mobile communication device, wherein the microphone comprises a microphone body, a first microphone grounding end, and a second microphone grounding end. The first microphone grounding end is disposed around the side of the microphone body and is electrically connected to the second microphone grounding end. The second microphone grounding end is electrically connected to the microphone body. A radio frequency module and a main board grounding end are further disposed on the main board, wherein the radio frequency module is electrically connected to the first microphone grounding end via the antenna feeder, and the main board grounding end is electrically connected to the second microphone grounding end. The present invention uses a microphone to form part of an antenna without requiring additional feed point springs and antenna traces, thereby saving on production costs and internal space of a mobile communication device. The invention ensures optimal antenna performance, such that the antenna can operate in the 5G frequency band of Wi-Fi.
