Abstract:
A mobile communication method pertaining to the present invention comprises: a step (A) in which a mobile station (UE) that is in a standby state acquires a wireless quality in a cell defined by an "MDT Configuration", and generates and stores a "Log MDT report" in a period defined by a "Logged MDT measurement period"; a step (B) in which, when a standby cell is changed, the mobile station (UE) acquires a wireless quality in the changed standby cell, and generates and stores a "Log MDT Cell Reselect"; and a step (C) in which the mobile station (UE) sends the "Log MDT report" and "Log MDT Cell Reselect" to a wireless base station (eNB) after transitioning to an active state.
