Abstract:
The objective of the invention is to allow a mobile station (UE) to calculate "UL EARFCN" for a band identified by "EquivalentBandInd" without the report of the "UL EARFCN". A mobile communication method of the invention comprises a process in which a mobile station (UE): acquires, via SIB1, "FreqBandInd" that identifies a band (19) and "EquivalentBandInd" that identifies a band (26); acquires, via SIB2, "UL EARFCN" for the band (19); uses the "FreqBandInd" and the "UL EARFCN" for the band (19) to calculate a carrier frequency (FUL) in an uplink; and uses the "EquivalentBandInd" and the carrier frequency (FUL) in the uplink to calculate "UL EARFCN" in the band (26).
