Abstract:
A mobile communication method comprises: a process (A) wherein, when a mobile station (UE) that is conducting communication within a cell (#A) having a first frequency (f1) detects entrance thereof into a prescribed area (#1) corresponding to a CSG cell (#1) having a second frequency (f2) and accessing rights, or detects departure thereof from the prescribed area (#1), the mobile station (UE) transmits a "proximity indication" to a wireless base station (eNB#A) that controls the cell (#A); a process (B) wherein the wireless base station (eNB#A) transmits a transmission power control message to a wireless base station (HeNB#1) that controls the CSG cell (#1), in response to the "proximity indication"; and a process (C) wherein the wireless base station (HeNB#1) controls the transmission power of signals within the CSG cell (#1), on the basis of such transmission power control messages.
