A mobile communication relay device having an explosion-proof structure, according to the present invention, comprises: a main board carrying out mobile communication relaying; an explosion-proof case having the main board mounted therein and providing a pressure-resistant explosion-proof structure; a link antenna port; a service antenna port; a power supply device; and a power connection unit. The explosion-proof case has: a front case; and a rear case coupled to the front case and having the main board mounted in an inner space formed by the rear case and the front case. The link antenna port is installed on the upper part of the rear case and has installed therein a link antenna carrying out transmission/reception with a mobile communication base station device. The service antenna port is installed on the upper part of the rear case so as to neighbor the link antenna port and has installed therein a service antenna carrying out transmission/reception with a terminal having a mobile communication function. The power supply device is installed in the inner space and supplies power to the main board. Further, the power connection unit is installed on the outer surface of the rear case and has: a cable gland having connected thereto an external power supply supplying power to the power supply device; a terminal block; and a bushing.
