Abstract:
This mobile communication system includes the following: a user terminal that receives both a desired signal from a serving cell and an interference signal meant for another user terminal; and a base station that manages said serving cell. Said base station includes the following: a control unit that generates an interference replica signal corresponding to the interference signal and superimposes said interference replica signal onto the desired signal; and a transmission unit that transmits, to the user terminal, the desired signal with the interference replica signal superimposed thereon. The control unit generates the interference replica signal such that the interference replica signal received by the user terminal cancels out the interference signal received by the user terminal.
