An H(e)NB (1A) comprises: a wireless IF (10) for performing wireless communication with a UE (2); a LAN-IF (11) capable of connection to a LAN (34); and an address management section (15) capable of holding the MAC address of the UE (2) which is different from the MAC address of the H(e)NB (1A) given to the LAN-IF (11). The H(e)NB (1A) is configured in such a way as to transmit a MAC frame, which contains the UE (2) MAC address designated as the transmission source, to the LAN (34) in response to receiving transmission data bound for the LAN (34) from the UE (2).
