Abstract:
The disclosed network device (20) for a specific cell includes: a collecting section (22) configured to collect neighboring-base-station information with which it is possible to identify a neighboring-public-cell wireless base station which serves neighboring public cells and which is provided in the neighborhood of the specific cell; and a communicating section (21) configured to notify the neighboring-base-station information to a public-cell network device (30) in response to a reconnect request received via the specific cell from a UE (10) that is restrained from accessing the specific cell. On the basis of the neighboring-base-station information, the public-cell network device (30) selects a redirect-destination public cell to be used by the communicating section (21) from among the plurality of public cells belonging to the neighboring-public-cell wireless base station.
